Daniela Cosma was born and raised in Romania before moving to America in 1984. Her journey into senior care began in 1997 when she took on the responsibility of caring for her ailing grandparents. This experience ignited her passion for caregiving, leading her to pursue a dedicated career in senior care. In 2006, Daniela established her first Senior care home.
Her commitment to excellence in senior care saw her become a board member of the Arizona Assisted Living Home Association (AALHA) in 2007, where she held various positions until 2011. Her leadership skills and dedication culminated in her serving as president from 2011 to 2018. Over the years, Daniela has owned multiple care homes, continually seeking to improve and innovate in the field of senior care.
Recognizing the need for high-quality caregiver training, Daniela has recently founded additional associations and ventured into caregiver training. In 2024, she opened her caregiver training school, continuing her lifelong dedication to enhancing the standards of care for the elderly.
Maria Balint is an experienced instructor with a rich professional background. She has been an Assisted Living Manager since 2003, holding the license ALM-008034 in Arizona. Maria served as a board member of the NCIA-ALFM (National Center for Assisted Living Facilities Managers) from 2010 to 2013 and is also part of the organization’s Board of Examiners. Her career began in finance, where she worked as a comptroller from 1983 to 2002. Maria holds an MBA in Finance from the Academy of Economic Sciences in Bucharest, Romania, class of 1969.
To get started, fill out the enrollment form then choose your courses or items and pay your tuition. From there you’ll receive an email with confirmation of payment.
Once you receive your confirmation email you will receive a password to access all materials online
Once you receive your confirmation email you will schedule a time to come to the school to do your training.

Once you receive your confirmation email you will receive a link to complete the online course and then you will receive your card via Professional Server Certification Corporation email.

Completing all course work along with submitting the required documents in your enrollment form.
Yes! State exams are held at our location per state proctor availability. These exams are closed tests.
